I am beyond excited to finally be able to share with you who Liliana’s family is. I know that so many of you have been waiting to find out who the blessed family is to be adding this sweet, sweet little angel to their family.
Allow me to introduce you to the Sousa-Brown family.

They are so excited to be adding another treasure to their large family. God has raised up the prefect family for the little girl whom so many of you opened your hearts to just a few weeks ago. Never, in all the fundraising I have done here on my blog, has nearly $24,000 been raised so quickly. In less than 24 hours the ransom to rescue one little angel out of an atrocious situation was raised. All glory to God in the highest! Isn’t He just so amazing?
Over four hundred of you rushed in to help Liliana have a decent grant. For that, I am so, so thankful. Liliana’s mom is thankful too….
A note from Jenny:
The day we said yes, she was the one, we had no idea that you would help be her voice. The first e-mail I got that you would help raise awareness and funds brought such peace that I knew this was God’s choice. I was thinking it would be $2,000 which I was so grateful for. Then the day went on and the Chip-In got higher….I went to bed and it was $14,000. My words were lost. I just sat in bed where I always pray and was silent. It was this silence that felt as if God had the last word and he was speaking, saying, “I told you so.” Here we were saying yes we would adopt with not even enough money to go get her but just the faith that God would help us. Most people would think we were crazy but we were willing to sell some of our stuff to make it happen. It had to happen for her sake. We are at such peace. Thank you to everyone who is praying and helped raise the funds to get Liliana out of that institution!
Please continue to pray for Liliana as she waits for her family to get to her. Pray for a speedy process so that she will not spend one day longer in that orphanage than is absolutely necessary!
