It’s been a crazy busy week.
We celebrated a precious one’s birthday.
Painted.
Painted some more.
Packed a box. Or, a hundred.
Kept on top of our school work.
Found this new advocacy blog for children aging out (becoming unadoptable). Breaks my heart. Older children need families too!
Loved reading your many stories on this post. There is nothing more powerful than your testimony.
Speaking of testimonies, I found this website, which a couple of you recommended on my last post, to be totally inspiring and amazing. For anyone facing a difficult pregnancy, I highly recommend it. The stories there are simply incredible. It’s true, you know…we can do ALL things through Christ who gives us strength.” (Phil 4:13)
Watched a DVD on the benefits, the risks, and the choices regarding vaccines. Very interesting.
Spent precious time with friends. I love my friends.
Been reading The Resolution for women. Wow!
Dang! My son’s feet are way bigger than mine. How did that even happen so fast?
Harper learned to say, “GO!”, “Bye” and “Uh-oh”. Sweetest thing.
My heart melted when I overheard Cade tell Hailee, “Hailee, you are so pretty.”
Love.
Sorted out clothes in my kid’s bedrooms. So blessed by hand-me-downs.
Life sure is crazy, and I have had many moments recently when I want to ask God all my “Why?” questions. But I don’t. Because I know that I know, without a shadow of a doubt, that all things work to the good of those who love Him. And that, dear friends, is good enough for me this day.
Have a blessed Saturday.
