A read a quote by Lisa Bevere yesterday and shared it on Facebook. She simply said, “All that is behind you was in preparation for all that is yet before you.” So simple, yet so profound.
I love how God uses every journey He takes us on–the hard, the good, the painful, the challenging, the losses, the amazing–and uses it all as His will unfolds in our lives. Though so many times it is so hard to trust His sovereign hand when doors shut and dreams get put on the altar, there is so much comfort in knowing that even when we cannot see and cannot understand His will, He is near–working it all out on our behalf and giving us beauty for ashes.
Today we stand embracing a new adventure with Pure and Faultless. Not what we had ever imagined or anticipated, but everything that HE has planned for our lives. As Anthony takes over the leadership of this very new ministry this week, we have hearts of expectation and so, so much gratitude that He knew what was best for us…even when we thought we did.
Love this guy more than words can say.
I am so excited that I get to share with you some of the amazing things that God is doing in Pure and Faultless. We have seen Him move in astounding ways in just a few months since our founder (and my most amazing friend) Deb Steiner got a big dream in her heart, trusted God with all the details, and stepped out in faith with a small group of board members. We are so thankful to Deb for her vision and leadership over the last eighteen months. Deb, you are such a beautiful gift to the body of Christ. You’ve given us big shoes to fill and we pray that we can accomplish what the Lord has set before us. Love you, friend!
If you haven’t already, would you please go and like our Pure and Faultless Facebook page? We would appreciate that so much! And if you’re new here and you have never heard of the ministry, you can find our website here.
Embracing ALL that is yet before us.
