your prayers mean everything….

To this young man!

Thank you for sharing his urgent need for a family yesterday.

Many have written to ask me where a family needs to be in the process in order to get to him before December 14 when he turns fourteen.

The best case would obviously be a family who is already committed to adopting a child from his country and would be willing to add Noah to their adoption.

If a family has a home study that just needs to be updated, that would work too.

And lastly, Lifeline would be very willing to work with a family who needs to start right from the beginning.  It would be difficult and challenging, but we also know that ALL things are possible!

We don’t watch TV and I haven’t had a minute to catch up on any news.  Last night Anthony was telling me about some of the things on the news recently.  Terrible!  I got into bed thinking about our conversation and was reminded once again that tough times will happen.  Dark days will come.  But we, the people who confess with our lips that Jesus Christ is Lord, are called to be salt and light–a city on a hill that cannot be shaken.  When many despair and lose hope, we’re called to set our eyes on things above and to BE His hands and feet to those who desperately need us.  Just like sweet Noah.

I read his referral information with tears in my eyes. It’s no wonder his heart is aching for a family so badly.  This sweet boy was abandoned when he was six years old!  My heart simply cannot imagine.

I really do believe that Noah can find his way home–to a family who will never abandon him or leave him longing for a place where he can belong.  All he needs is one family to take a chance and trust that God will part the Red Sea before them.

Please keep sharing and I will update you as I get word.

Thank you, army of God.
