~~ Oh my goodness! We are literally buried in boxes here. We move across the country next week and still have so much to do. It has been a crazy few days. Needless to say, my inbox is severely neglected. I have been receiving a huge amount of e-mails bringing my attention to children who need families or families who need help with fundraisers. If you have e-mailed me and have not heard back, please don’t take it personally. Please forgive me for being unable to respond to e-mails in this crazy season of my life. I do read them all, though, and pray about every request I get. Thanks for understanding.

~~ I am loving sharing the testimonies of so many amazing families with you all during the month of November, which is Orphan Awareness Month. I am looking for a different kind of testimony to the ones I already have and was wondering if any of you knew someone who would be willing to share. After posting a few days ago about being unashamedly pro-life, I was so very touched by the many stories you shared in the comments. This month I would absolutely LOVE to share a testimony of someone who chose LIFE for their baby in the midst of challenging circumstances–and then chose to give their baby to another family through the blessing of adoption. If you know of anyone who would be willing to share, please let me know at [email protected].
~~ Many of you wrote and asked me if you could come and listen to our family share in a church in Illinois later this month. Due to the nature of the meeting, it will only be for the members of that church this time. Sorry. I will let you know if ever we do something which is open to everyone.
